Sweet Home Fall Family Session – napdesign photography by Angela Napiwocki

October in Texas is a wonderful time to have family photos taken.  The weather is just perfect along with gorgeous sunlit evenings.  The only thing that could make it better is getting to go out in the country and outside Sweet Home at that!  I was pretty excited when Jacklyn, one of my classmates from Hallettsville High School, planned her session to be at her Grandma’s place which was a great location that held special memories for her.  If you know anything about me, you know that I love old barns and farm houses, especially this one (Josh, can you make our house look like that?)!

It was nice to see Jacklyn again and meet her husband Kyle and their cute little boys for the first time.  It took a little effort to get big brother to warm up to me but I accepted the challenge and definitely don’t mind playing peek-a-boo or whatever it takes to make someone smile…check out his adorable little grin when Grandpa wants to share his lollipop! 😉  I am always happy to go with the flow and follow kiddos around, letting them be in their own element…besides, exploring and finding cool sticks is totally more fun than taking photos!  Little man was very smiley and then very sleepy, and how can I resist a sleeping baby, can you say “AWWW!!!”  I love the mama snuggles and Jacklyn you are so beautiful and your family is just precious!
